During her last year of college, Sophie shared a house with Brandon’s sister. Soon after Sophie and Brandon met, Brandon suddenly began “visiting his sister” all the time! The very sweet brother and super friendly roommate found that they shared important values, were a good balance for each other, and laughed like crazy whenever they were together. They became each other’s best friends…
When Brandon’s family had a Christmas party, Sophie was included. After dinner, everybody piled into the car for a trip to Warm Beach to check out Christmas lights. They walked along the path under softly falling snow, enjoying the sparkly display. Just around a corner, Brandon told Sophie to look up. When she did, her eyes met a giant banner reading, “Sophie, will you marry me?”. Brandon’s entire family was behind them (which might have come in handy, as Sophie says she nearly passed out!). They were just as surprised as Sophie, and just as thrilled as Brandon, when she said yes!
We had a blast playing at Discovery Park with this darling couple and their playful pooch, Gunner. We’re so looking forward to their wedding at the Seattle Golf Club, in August.
