Emily and Matt were married at the sprawling Red Corral Ranch, on a very warm [understatement] day. Emily chose a beautiful wooded area for their private First Glimpse, and they were both so adorably giddy as Matt crossed the charming wooden bridge to share their special moment together! Matt’s reaction to Emily’s drop-dead gorgeous dress was perfect. There was a lot of attempted scene-stealing going on as we moved into the ceremony and reception, though. While Emily came down the aisle, a peacock began squawking, and continued on and off throughout the exchange of vows. Later, Emily’s tiny cousin Luke took over the dance floor, showing off his impressive skills. The competition amongst the men was getting heated, until Luke was finally banned from dancing for the rest of the evening… Then, Emily’s sisters and bridesmaids dazzled everyone when they busted out a perfect arrangement of ‘Whatta Man’, as a special surprise for Matt. The newlyweds left the ranch through a tunnel of sparklers, and headed off to honeymoon in Costa Rica!
Big thanks to all of the vendors who contributed to the fun! Priscilla of Boston was responsible for the incredible dress. Dwight Schneider made the cake. The flowers were by Rachel Keith of Love Punk Events. Timmeron Catering provided the good eats, and the music was by Texas Pro DJ.
